These guys are great ! I’ve had many issues with other local shops. I’ve yet to have one issue with these guys. (My truck has 232k miles & it seems like it has new issues every other week) They are for sure my new go to mechanics. I never go to the East side of town much anymore & had forgotten about this shop until the issues arose with other shops & started to look around for some place else. I’m so glad I took a chance on J Tire. They are fast & friendly. Very knowledgeable. They are HONEST !! Fair priced compared to most. Turn around time has been impressive. Especially with me waiting in the waiting room on my vehicle. They have already saved me thousands of dollars in work I was told by others that needed done to correct an issue, that actually didn’t & fixed the problem I was having without all the extra. So very pleased with this shop & the work they have done so far.

The staff here are knowledgeable, and had no problem taking the time to explain what they were doing and what they saw, along with answering all my questions. I appreciate the time management the workers have. We received an estimate time frame for the work that was being done, and the work was completed by the time given. The price was great for the work that was done. I love supporting small business, especially veteran owned. They gained a forever customer from me!

Great place, friendly staff, straight forward group of fellas who know what they are doing and aren't going to charge you an arm and a leg to get your vehicle back on the road, went in for an oil change and they had me in and out in about half an hour, the gentleman up at the front desk, storm, was very kind and knowledgeable, and after the service tech came in to chat about a few things he noticed while performing the oil change, storm was able to get me a quote within just a few minutes to remedy the issues, JTire is my new go to spot for any work I need done on my vehicles, if you need quality work done in a timely manner and at a great freaking price, this is your spot! I can't recommend these guys enough!
